Redo Several Households.
This is an intermission because I had to replay 6 households (but only four that were actually uploaded and posted), going all the way back the the Bryan Family. I needed to hit one of the hobby shops in household 11, but I could not find one. In the process of taking the lots from one neighborhood to this one, I accidently overwrote several houses. In fact, Oleander never moved out with Penny and Erica (in fact Erica was never born), Asparagus never had 10 kids and I had to go back and re-drown Gina.
This post will be small highlights of the replay of each household.
The bakery was not bought until the last day. Mable took Alisha to the Club V and had people pay $5,000 a ticket until she got her $100,000 LTW. Then they returned home.
This time around, the family focused more on skilling.
They did get a fire this time around.
Everything else pretty much stayed the same. Kate still grew up gorgeous and everyone went to work and school.
Paul still spends the last of the money on a chess set, but at least we know to make him a friend before he goes to work. The kids were kept occupied skilling and then playing together. No alien twins this time though.
Paul still buys the bowling alley, but this time we bought it the first day and he went there directly and got it to level 5.
Olive actually caught Tobias being unfaithful, which is a super bummer.
Doreen was nonstop crying and no one knows why.
I was actually having a blast playing the Hollie family when the problem with the hobby lots started. This time around Dominic did not get engaged to Lavender. He wants to get married to Paul and is gay instead. Paul has no wants for marriage, but we moved in Dom anyway and proposed.
The Ratner kids have infected the world with their flu. Jared gave it to Julia and she gave it to Dom. Dom made soup and cured the household.
Eva grew up again and this time Dom taught her to study.
Paul did visit the stars again.
They aren’t best friends yet, but the enemy relationship is gone.
After baby Rachel was born, Dom found out that he was expecting. He wants two kids for college or 2 grandkids. Not sure.
That’s the extent of that season. Paul got to level 9 in Architecture and Dominic go to level 8 in Business.
Things go vastly different at our all plantsim house! The garden gets started right off.
Lavender buys Fayers Fabulous Fun, a place where people can have fun doing tons of activities. Lavender gets a job in the Gamer career, Orchid joins the Adventurer career, Asparagus joins the Oceanography and Oleander…I can’t remember, but they all start their jobs as soon as fishing badges and gamer stuff was earned/bought. While Lavender sells tickets, Asparagus fishes and the other two make flowers.
Success went pretty quick (a lot quicker than customers gave stars anyway).
Doreen still runs around crying. It’s very distracting.
Darrel Marsh becomes a creepy(ier) axe thrower. He totally could be cast in the Chainsaw Massacre.
The Plantsim siblings each bought their own business. I think we only see two of them. Also, the produce was supposed to be home grown, but when they went to the store it was filled with buy mode plants. Oh well. Maybe next season they can convert it. The sports center was expensive enough to unlock the Athletic career!
While some are doing well, one is not. Yeah, I have no clue which of the girls that is for now. It’s Lavender and I think she got rejected for a flirt. Welcome to the Sports Center.
Oleander gets his first kiss from Enrique Randall.
Much to the horror of his siblings.
Dominic ponders why Lavender (who is the aspiration failure above) is kissing creepy Darrel.
Speaking of Dominic. He and Oleander were caught flirting.
Paul Russell was super upset about it too.
Ollie and Dom didn’t give a crap at all and went on to do their own thing.
Taking an idea from Daisy Plains, the hang out interaction was a success…even if they did migrate indoors and away from the sun.
Dominc tries his hand at the register, but unlike his housemates, he’s very high maintenance and fails at everything.
The store is a major success and reaches rank 5 easily.
Soon they had to call it quits and get Dominic back to the “house”. He couldn’t take a one room hut, so he and Oleander move out.
The three worked on the garden on this last day of the season.
The plantbabies are (in no particular order) Maple, Rose and Spruce.
I think we all know that I am not a fan of Clarence after he abandoned his children. Things were a lot different this time around. Instead of getting Oleander (who ran off with an engaged Dominic Hollie and convinced him to dump Paul), Martin had to take drastic measures. He somehow convinced Tyler Hollie to move in with him and then used Tyler’s money to go on vacation.
The vacation was going horribly. Clarence kept hurting Tyler, and Tyler was at his wits end. Jamie Bigfoot was very sympathetic and friendly.
They bonded over fishing while Clarence was ignored by them.
Tyler came back the next evening and invited Jamie to go home with him. Jamie agreed, but only if they got rid of Clarence.
Tyler: Get rid of Clarence!
We can’t really get rid of Clarence, so he is just abandoned while Tyler learns to chest pound. Everyone he wants to chat/flirt with are teens. Ugh.
So he heads back to the resort and tries to learn chess. It proves a bit difficult for the poor guy.
I don’t think he got all the vacation memories, but he did put a dent in them. He adds the slap dance, a log rolling win, an axe throwing bull’s eye, the tree ring thingy and then it was time to leave.
Jamie was upset that they didn’t get rid of Clarence, but he was appeased when Tyler stole all of Clarence’s money and moved out with Jamie.
All Clarence was left with was four walls, a roof and a fridge.
He scrounged enough cash up to buy a phone and got another sucker to show up.
This time he made sure that the poor sap was stuck with him. The sap is named Stephan Benson.
Poor Clarence. He had no idea that Stephan only moved in because he hated living on the street.
This ends our Intermission. I do have to replay the Hollie house, but since it never got written up and posted, I will just delete it and start over.
