Hollie 3 Residence
We were never properly introduced to Sophia when we first me her due to all those babies being born. I do finally have her introduction card up and ready. Her and Ashlee run off to work for the day and so we will sim watch for the day, I guess.
Ashlee arrives home first and brings in a much needed income of just over $1,000. When they left for work that morning they only had $24. Stanley was the only one from the welcome committee that day and after a rocky greet, they did get along pretty well.
They both had the want for an engagement, so Sophia was happy to do the honors.
This quickly led to a celebration, luckily the TFB failed.
Not surprisingly, they both had the want for marriage. I thought it would be a good idea for Ashlee to take the Hall last name. I wonder if they are under the impression that I’ll let them have babies now that they are married? Sophia already has the want. If ACR doesn’t produce a baby, I will wait for Ashlee to have a matching want.
Ashlee made dinner that night. She almost choked on her pork chop when she found out that Sophia’s secondary aspiration was fortune.
Ashlee: You do realize we are poor, right?
Sophia: Not that poor.
Sophia shyly showed off the items she had tucked away in storage.
Finding themselves financially stable put their hormones into overdrive.
Ashlee: I’m ready for that baby you want!
Sophia: I am so glad we can get started!
After several attempts with no success, the two finally went to sleep. Worried about fertility issues, the couple woke up at 3am and discussed their options over an early pork chop breakfast. Ashlee ran off to work before the conversation was done. Sophia cleaned up the dishes, made the bed and decided to swim before her carpool showed up. She plans on talking Ashlee out of adoption and fertility treatments for the time being. Unless swimming during a thunderstorm proves to fatal, that is.
Luckily the need to use the bathroom before work saved us from any more worry about lightning strikes and premature deaths.
It was a successful day all around for both girls. Sophia is all set for her next promotion, but Ashlee needs two body points, a mechanical point and 3 friends. After getting one of her points out of the way, Sophia asks Ashlee to hold off on any doctor appointments or adoption preparations. Ashlee agrees and the two forget all about the discussion.
Ashlee: Don’t say it.
Ashlee: Fine, go ahead and say it.
Sophia: *laughs* Told you so, mommy.
Ashlee: There’s pork chops on the counter.
Sophia: *nomnomnom* Cookies!
Sophia isn’t even hungry, so I think we can guess who is pregnant lol.
Ashlee was able to get one body point before getting a call from Stanley. On the plus side, Stanley becomes a friend at the same time Sophia pops and the carpool shows up. Sophia didn’t even have time to tell Ashlee about the baby.
After cleaning the bathroom, Sophia decides that maybe cookies were not a good dietary option and proceeds to make some omelets while wondering if she should just go to work or take advantage of her maternity leave.
It’s been so long since I have played that I had no clue that Ashlee even had a bank account.
Anyway, after her breakfast, Sophia was exhausted and went to bed. She decided to just take her maternity leave after all.
Feeling refreshed, Sophia woke up and decided to make those last two friends for Ashlee. A quick peek at the time proved that it would not be of help today, but a good head start for the next one.
The phone call to Ellie Ratner had to be done in two parts due to the ever increasing waistline. Ashlee came home, showered and went to bed without saying a word to anyone. The next highest relationship Sophia had was with Frank Gibson, so he was called next.
Ashlee woke up around 1 and got ready for her last body point. I also noticed that she has been putting on weight, so she might stay there a while.
I was watching Sophia when I heard the “boing” noise of getting fit. Ashlee got her point and her fitness back. Yay.
Why was I distracted by Sophia? Well, after her talk with Frank, she went to the bathroom and peed herself in front of the toilet, then she took a shower and broke it. It took her two omeletes to fix her hunger and now she’s about to pass out. This last trimester is probably going to kill her.
Ashlee fixed the shower before she headed off to bed.
It seemed like only seconds later, Sophia had the worst pain imaginable. She somehow failed to wake Ashlee with her screams and soon produced twins.
I’m not quite sure where the birthing photos went, but here, have a crib shot with no babies in sight. After Ashlee went to work, Sophia checked the family income and decided that a nanny was possible. Nanny Dianna showed up and Sophia headed out the door determined not to laugh at Dianna’s horrible dye job.
Sophia befriending Stanley and Fran sure paid off for Ashlee! She now needs more mechanical and body points AND two more friends. Ugh. There was no promotion for Sophia that day, but she figures it was probably because of her maternity leave.
With brown hair like both parents and Ashlee’s green eyes, I figured I was going to have clone twins. I’m not sure if I think Nanette is ugly or if she is so ugly she’s cute at this point. I do believe that she got Sophia’s ears.
Nanette is 4/4/9/7/1. I guess we can call her the evil twin.
On the complete opposite spectrum, Laurinda is downright gorgeous. In fact, I think it’s safe to say that she is the best looking toddler I have ever had in my game.
Laurinda is 4/8/4/7/6, therefore becoming the good twin, sort of.
Nanette gets a bottle before being shoved back in her crib. She’s almost cute in this pic.
Since Ashlee does need a third child, I did not put a stop to this. Plus Ashlee’s fun was in the red. Nothing came of it though.
Somebody got woken up for a diaper change and did not want to go back to bed. She played happily for a little while until someone came to let her out.
Proving that she isn’t always smiling, Laurinda declares that she will not be learning without smart milk.
It’s so sweet. They both want to snuggle Nanette while Laurinda drinks her radioactive milk.
The girls both learned to talk and partway learned to walk. It is the end of the season, so a small reno took place in the form of upgrading kitchen and bathroom items and added in some toys for the girls.
What a sweet, happy family. I forgot that Ashlee owned the fishing spot, so she never went and ranked it up.
Bills in the amount of $4600 were paid in full.
