We load up the O’Hara’s and find everyone except Tobias at work/school. He is stuck in the Business career until someone either unlocks Dance or someone gets another dance studio business to level 5. The O’Hara’s may be the founding family, but they are dirt poor and cannot afford a new business.
After cleaning up a little bit, Tobias goes and praises the dogs. Honey is the Dalmation, Brinks is the Dobie.
When the kids finally come home from school, Tobias and Yvette decide to work on their commands.
I sort of forgot they had a toddler. Vincent goes up and tickles his little sister, which promptly puts her platinum after spending all day on her bunny head…or that’s what I assume she was doing. Her skills are done, so I am happy right now.
The house is stupid. It’s sort of a weird split level, so even though they have lights over their heads, they are technically on a different level of the house. Every room on the first floor is almost pitch black because of it. Olive, Andrew and Vincent have a late dinner of overdone rainbow trout. I think the hand to the right belongs to Paul Russell.
What it actually looks like even with 5 lighting sources surrounding them.
Sherry, the baby of the family, has her birthday that night.
I should not be surprised that there was an issue with these two. Apparently Olive is furious with Tobias for cheating and refuses to sleep in the same room as him.
She got up and tucked in Andrew before going off to find an empty bedroom.
She doesn’t sleep for very long, so she then got a point in charisma, then made breakfast for the kids.
Sherry got up early too. There really is not much for kids to do around the house, so the piano it is.
When Tobias got up, he spends the next four hours before work chatting and apologizing to his wife.
Tobias: I promise, I will never get caught cheating on you again!
Olive: I don’t think that is what I want to hear right now.
Sherry in actual light. Tobias will have to remember to call the headmaster for her entrance into private school.
Fern was passing by while Olive was paying bills. She apparently has no clue that her husband is in love with that woman.
Honey learns to sit up.
Tobias got a promotion that day and Sherry got him to teach her to study. Fern is trying desperately to get Tobias’ attention, but I am keeping him distracted.
…. I think Brinks is learning to sit up too.
I later caught them just about to do naughties, but I did get it stopped in time.
I didn’t spend half a day with Tobias begging for forgiveness to have him ruin the moment that they were back in love. Poor Olive. I forgot to have her take that thinking cap off. It’s been there for like 18 hours.
The kids get a long really great. Sherry is a lot younger, so she isn’t as friendly with her siblings as Yvette and Vincent are, above.
Yvette: Call the cops! I am pressing charges!
Vincent: No judge or cop can keep me locked up!
Wha? I don’t recall this going on, but it has been four months since I played this family.
We got identical pups. One is Scout and the female is Duchess. I thought it was hysterical that Fern ran off just as they were going to force her to take a puppy with her.
I believe it is super early Saturday morning. Olive still has her thinking cap on, but at least now she has used it up too. The kids (Sherry is in a different room) are all studying physiology, my go to book for quick body mastery.
Oops, no it was Friday morning. Olive made breakfast for the family and dinner for the headmaster before work.
Well, that sucked. Poor Sherry is stuck in public school until the fall.
It was a surprise birthday time! Andrew is a popularity/family sim who want to be a Cult Leader.
Yvette was asleep, so she aged up after her twin by a couple of hours. She rolled opposite Andrew. She is a family/popularity sim who wants to be Chief of Staff.
In order for Andrew to be a Cult Leader, we really need more people to die. Yvette is happy to note that medical was unlocked during that last round.
Now it’s Saturday! All three finally finish their books. Andrew is already reading through a Parenting book.
They finally finish their books and master their body skill. They now have a free day to do whatever they want.
I did randomize their gender preferences and they both end up gay. I am in no hurry to pair them up, so maybe next round or the one after I will start spouse hunting… Then Yvette rolled to have her first kiss. Sigh. I locked that in for next time.
It’s a little late for that, don’t you think Tobias?
Tobias: It’s never too late to learn how to be a better dad.
Tobias and Andrew spend the morning finishing their parenting books.
Aunt Ellen stops by for the day. I think Yvette is actually just reading for fun here.
Olive: My favoritist sister in the whole world!
Ellen: *suspiciously* I’m your only sister in the whole world.
Olive: Yes, but only the favoritist wants to buy a puppy!
Ellen: Don’t I have pets already?
All three of us agree that we don’t remember.
Olive: Thanks, Ellen! Enjoy your new puppy.
Ellen: I really think $399 is a bit overpriced, but whatever.
Olive: Sorry, we need as much money as possible for taxes.
The bank account earned $72,000 in interest, which reminded me to get rid of the $1,000,000 for the university. Tobias used the donate money option, leaving $268,000 in the community fund. I was tempted to let them dip into it since they are fairly poor, but I decided to leave it alone.
Eww, Vincent don’t eat that! I think someone forgot to make the kids dinner.
Sherry and Vincent each rolled two or more wants to command the pets. After that, I made them teach them to shake.
These two were pretty fast at the learning, so Vincent went on and got Brinks to play dead too. Honey is kind of stupid, so everything takes her longer to do and learn.
The end of the season is upon us. Olive has finally and completely forgiven Tobias. Brinks learned all of his commands and got a job in show business. Honey still has one to learn, but got a job in Service instead. Duchess is still a puppy for a million years. I think they will keep her.
Olive and Tobias each got up to level 5 and 6 (respectively) in business. The two promotions each was a lucky break and they could afford to pay the $8,100 in taxes, leaving them with about $2900 in cash. Next season, Vincent will have a birthday and Sherry might run out of time before hers. I am not too sure how it will fall yet.
