Last season was spent getting all the kids trained and aged up. Joseph went on a makeover rampage at his Barber Shop.
All the kids were in aspiration failure, so it was a mad dash to get wants filled. Two want creativity points, three want logic points and 1 doesn’t care, she just wants to get a skill point and ran off to read. Asparagus has no pressing wants. Joseph wants a baby (omg) and Rose wants to fall in love and have a baby.
I found this in Rose’s inventory, which means she has to drink it.
Before and After. Wow, she needs a makeover. STAT.
The game seems to be a bit confused. A snow day with no snow.
*I lost my photoshop actions for Sims 2, so we are stuck with this for now*
The kids got sent to school anyway and Starla and Galaxia were taught to study.
I might need to put lighting outside, but for now Becky and Joseph play chess in the dark. Joseph needs logic points for a promotion.
Brian and Galaxia are at –57/-50 relationship. Neither of them have a fight memory, so he must have just been mean to her. He also has a negative relationship with Rose.
Promotions galore around here!
I did play more of the family, but the game crashed back to here (losing only about 4 sim hours of play). Then I took a month off to play Sims 3 and 4 again.
An updated look around town. I really need to buy some decorating skills. The town looks like crap.
I found out quite quickly that Galaxia did not learn to study the day before. The visible homework is hers too. Today, Brian, Starla, Lauren and Becky all brought home A+’s.
I think our main focus the rest of the season will be poor Rose. All work and no play has been hard on our little (un)romance sim.
We quickly save, because this is the second or third time we have played this day.
Brian and Galaxia woke up to finish their homework while Asparagus made the kids dinner. Right before eating, they had a pokefest and became enemies. The fight started after they ate.
Becky cheers them on, but poor Lauren is very upset to see her siblings fighting.
Man, hair and makeup really made a difference! Rose was ready to meet someone special.
Three hours and 4 community lots later, Rose has not met a single man with positive attraction.
At least she’ll get a raise?
Maybe she’ll switch teams?
Someone has taught both the whole Hollie family and Bernadette here how to chest pound. Rose is still a n00b at it, but she gave it a good try.
Rose: I was hoping to get to know you, not some stranger.
Rose convinced Bernadette to go on a date with her instead.
Rose gets her first kiss and her first dream date. She even takes a souvenir home afterwards.
The next day, Asparagus tops his career!
Omg omg. I’m afraid to unpause now. Asparagus was walking towards the front door and got struck by lightning.
Well, this was unexpected! Everyone is platinum after work/school today. I do notice a lot of missing A+ wants missing, so I guess they did good at school.
Unless you are Galaxia. I’m not sure why she is platinum.
Speaking of that little devil.
Becky came home and immediately passed out, which was a fear. This was closely followed by Rose who never got a chance to sleep after her date. She also has a bit of morning sickness going on.
Sadly, it has come to my attention that all of the kids have started to put on weight, which made me realize that not a single one has maxed their body skill yet.
Oops. Only three made it to bed today.
Joseph has a baby want, so I am keeping him occupied by skilling.
Rose wants to woohoo in a bed, so she calls up Bernadette for a date. They will also work on Rose’s want to fall in love too.
It actually goes faster than expected. A dirty joke, a pillow fight and a slow dance was all that they needed. Now they both want to get engaged, although Rose also fears getting engaged.
Rose decided to do it right then since she was platinum and wouldn’t suffer too much from the fear fulfillment.
Rose continues to baffle everyone with her indecisions.
The kids were all reading their physiology books when Rose did her maternity spin while cleaning up the dishes.
Super wonderful season for the adults! All six kids finished their physiology books before heading to school (although three had to walk because they missed the bus).
Nothing beats 60 pop ups for leveling. They needed to get it out of the way because not only was it the last day of Fall, it was also the quads’ birthday tonight.
There was no time to throw a party, but at least they all got cake. Right?
I didn’t notice Lauren’s doubled aspiration, so she gets a grilled cheese secondary.
…..and then my power went out (110F degree heat index at 9am). So, now I have to replay from who knows where I last saved and I don’t wanna. Hopefully I get this played before August at this rate.
That above statement made me laugh. It’s August 30th. I have recently had my computer die, so I just went through a huge upgrade that ended up not going so well and I was without a computer for a lot longer than I would have liked. For you guys, I just had my power outtage, for me, it has been months (in June and it is now just about September). Rose has not topped her career (she’s level 8), but she does have Bernadette as a partner. The quads are still child sized. Please note that I lost all my psp actions, but I did have a major graphics card update. You can see my new setup here.
So, here is Rose after getting an early morning promotion to level 9.
The way she got her early promotion. I was about to send her back to work….but
Oops, I forgot that she had a great time on her date.
After she vomited and went back to work, Asparagus came home and got his ltw completed yet again.
Asparagus and Ashlee were chatting about his promotion when one of our new teens, Noah Hudson, walked by.
Very productive day today!
Unfortunately, the kids were dropping like flies.
I caught them celebrating their promotions. I did not hear a lullaby thankfully.
With a baby incoming, Rose called up Bernadette for a date. She did not have a fear of engagement, so she proposed right off.
The date was almost perfect after the engagement. They ran up to the only double bed and had a bit fun. Rose lost her fear of marriage and so they tied the knot and Bernadette moves in with $13,000. Rose takes the last name of Robertson.
Soon after, all the overweight kids started having their teen birthdays (again). Please refer to the shots above as they will all just keep the stat rolls above.
Birthdays were a big mess! They all need some exercise, that’s for sure.
I guess I have it set to randomize gender preference, which is a cool idea. Everyone is straight except Lauren, who is now bi.
Rose and Bernadette have now moved out, making the house a bit smaller and easier to deal with.
Joseph gets a good chance card and promotion.
ACR got a workout after school. Brian and Sherry O’Hara and Allen with Melody Tinker.
Joseph nabs another promotion today.
Everyone has the flu and only Brian can make the soup. It’s so busy today that they had a hard time keeping the visitors out of the platters.
Even Becky got her first kiss. I was not happy that he’s an adult, but oh well.
The rest of that night was having all the kids reading physiology books. The quads and Starla all maxed their body skill. Galaxia was having fun issues and didn’t finish her book.
It is not only Friday morning, but it is also the first day of Winter. I do not have my Office installed, so I cannot get to my spreadsheet.
…Office is now installed and they apparently paid $8,700 in taxes at the beginning of the season.
