Jody and Spruce Johnson with Ariel.
It was a quiet day with Jody studying random subjects while Spruce was at work. Jody wants a baby, so I’m not interfering when they run off to do each other.
Everyone is off to work, so the season will probably go super fast.
Level 6 for Jody.
Jody does the stupid “I’m home” interaction and I notice Dotty Bigfoot cleaning the dog bed. I don’t think that’s how you run an army, Dotty.
Ariel, tops her career and Spruce is one step closer to his LTW.
Still no pregnancy.
They both had Tuesday off and Jody rolled the impossible want of maxing all skills. Luckily she was already almost done and managed to get it completed.
Spruce has the next three days off. He completed a novel, that was partially done last season. It apparently wasn’t a bestseller since he still has the want to write one.
Well, at least it wasn’t a flop.
I was going to blame Jody’s lack of promotions (two days in a row without one) on her being flat out crazy, but it ends up being that she (and Spruce) need four friends.
Jody befriends Ellie first and then starts on Alisha Gibson.
After Jody befriended Bernadette Robertson, Spruce had to take over and he is working on Dianna Owen.
The had a little lovin’ on the sofa to celebrate having 8 friends finally. Jody will finally be getting that new baby she has always wanted!
Spruce and his mom (Lavender) smustle the day away while Jody is at work.
Oops, cut off Spruce’s head, but oh well. I love how perfectly in tune they are.
After a quick swim, Lavender raked leaves while Spruce got rid of them.
Spruce: So, did you get your promotion?
Jody: Apparently we lost a friend today, so no I did not.
Spruce: Oh well, there is always next season!
Later that night, Jody’s disappointment over not getting a promotion no longer bothers her now that she is pregnant.
She waits until after Spruce is done teaching Ariel some commands and then tells him her big news.
He was almost as happy as her and they ran off to do what they do best.
The season ends much the same as it started except that if we can make a friend before Spruce comes home, he will top his career.
Jody immediately calls up Irona, who is the person we lost as a friend due to neglect.
I am so glad they are having a baby. He/She will join Hazel and Bruno into the Generation 4 category.
They paid $11,500 in taxes at the beginning of the season.
