Last time, Jasmine invited Randy over and had a date that ended with her getting pregnant.  A fight with Mable upset Jasmine enough to move out.  She will then give birth to Layne in the Fayers update posted a few days ago.  The youngest kids all had their teen birthdays.  Their pet, Alegra, got a job and then fired on her first night.  Jonathan got electrocuted and died.  Percy wins heirship, but later decides that he doesn’t want it.
